QualiFly Showcases Q-Writer at Learning and Teaching Expo 2025

QualiFly Education, in partnership with VDO English, made a significant impact at the Learning and Teaching Expo 2025 (LTE 2025) in Hong Kong, where they showcased their innovative GenAI-based English Writing Tutor, Q-Writer. This cutting-edge platform, designed to enhance English writing skills through personalized feedback and guided support, captivated educators and attendees with its potential to transform language education.

We demonstrated how Q-Writer leverages generative AI to deliver real-time, tailored writing assistance aligned with Hong Kong’s local curriculum. Attendees experienced firsthand the tool’s interactive features, which foster self-directed learning and empower students to refine their English composition skills with immediate feedback.

A highlight of QualiFly’s participation was a seminar delivered by founder Jason Cheung in the Future Learning Theatre, curated by EdCity, titled Embracing Learning Diversity and Self-Directed Learning with AI Tutor. Jason explored the transformative role of AI in language education, emphasizing its ability to address diverse learning needs and provide smart reports to educators. He highlighted how Q-Writer enables self-directed learning outside the classroom, offering personalised guidance to reduce the friction to learn and practice. He also discussed the limitations of AI, advocating for a balanced integration to complement traditional teaching methods. His talk inspired educators with innovative approaches to incorporate AI tools into English writing lessons, sparking enthusiasm for technology-driven pedagogy.

Supported by their partnership with VDO English, QualiFly’s presence at LTE 2025 underscored their commitment to advancing AI-powered education in Hong Kong. By showcasing Q-Writer and sharing forward-thinking insights, QualiFly reinforced its mission to make personalized, technology-enhanced learning accessible to students and educators, paving the way for a future of inclusive and effective education.
